unless the GO shit seeps into Gen 8 in which case I’ll be fucking furious but the fact that they said we’d be seeing a new mainline core RPG Pokémon game around this time last year and instead we got a shitty pseudo-mainline with a ton of casualization and mobileshit gimmicks and get told Gen 8 is coming way later. They were full of shit and I can only imagine how many switches were sold just because of that announcement last E3 to get this final fuck you from Gamefreak right before E3.
