Just finished my second Nuzlocke, once again in Shield.
Most of my deaths were due to stupid mistakes or being stubborn and thinking I can take a hit I couldn't. Worst was when grinding XP on Gastrodon, my Roserade got fully para'd 4 times in a row and died. I'm still mad. Also lost my Drednaw to a stupid wild Perrzerker that confused me and I couldn't switch out because I used Lock Jaw, and he killed himself. I'm still mad.
Anyway, Leon was a bloodbath. His Inteleon gave me lots of trouble but I managed to take it down eventually. I didn't have anything for Haxorus and I wasn't willing to sacrifice anyone, so I kept switching and he ended up weakening everything with Outrage until I thought I was going to get swept. He took out Mudsdale and Centiskorch whom I had since the beginning and was very fond of, and also Toxtricity. I was ready to throw in the towel but thought I'd at least go out with a bang, and Dynamaxed Baraskewda who was already in red health. I managed to one-shot the rest of his mons and won thanks to Mudsdale setting up SR at the start.
Now I've gotta train up three replacements for the post-game Hop fight...
