Tried drawing a larger version but it looked absolute shit every time. So here's a doodle.
Hopefully this is enough to get my point across to an actual artist to create something.

Face of the doll is missing, in it's place a dark hole with the Ghost Pokemon inside peering out.
Eyes glowing and claws gripping the hole.

Ghost Pokemon has retreated into another capsule. Said capsule resembles any ghostly looking Pokemon design.
Maybe an existing Pokemon, or any from our dex?Glowing eyes are now seen through the mouth, with mist/smoke seeping out.
Ghostly arms also protruding from the mouth. One reaching, clawing at the ground, while the other is used to try and lift itself out of the Pokeball.

Maybe the rest is enough for someone else to think of something.
