Her clothes look more like she should've had an Altaria as signature mon', since she enjoys dropping off her private helicopter at every scene.
That Psychic gym leader would've made a better one, with her whole Psychic foresight powers, her cosmic cape/mantle and her hair looking like Moon's cover mascot Lunala in human form and that Lysandre being the Sun's cover mascot one would've been an excellent clever foreshadowing of what was yet to come.
