Mega luke is shit and ill tell you why.
Mega stats don't hit in the same turn it mega evolves, so it can be easily outrun or crippled.
It's frail and need a turn to set up a Nasty plot or Sword dance
If you pick jolly or timid it's offensive stat will be weaker than adamant scisor or modest Thundurus.
It's STAB is not SE aganist popular pokemons like Charizard, Talonflame, Zapdos, Thundurus, Slowbro, Jellicent, Gyarados, Tentacruel, Chandelure, Victini.
With only 4 moves Luke will never damage every Pokemon unless he carry at the same time moves like
Close combat/aura sphere/vacuum wave
Bullet punch/flash canon
Ice punch/rock slide/crunch/shadow ball/extreme speed
Sword dance/nasty plot
