Umbreon has 95 HP and 130 Sp.Def with a water neutrality. assuming everything is 0 IV/0 EV/neutral nature Lv.50, there's no way sylveon should've been able to take that crit at half HP. Even with 130 HP/110 Sp.Def or 110 HP/130 Sp.Def I don't think it would be taking that much.
Either:
>a: things were EV'd (or at least sylveon was)
>b: rain was nerfed
>c:sylveon has some ability that prevents the rain boost or crit boost (I believe it was confirmed for having Cute Charm, but I guess it could be a dream world ability, though I don't think they would do that just after revealing it's ability)
