Concrete floor, very little in the way of decoration.
No gym trainers to fight, just a straight line to me, sitting on the floor, smoking a pipe, probably.
I'd use Dark types, and use every underhanded tactic in the book to win, teaching trainers that trying to fight fair is pointless.
