For example we don't need another McDonald's restaurant, but that won't stop McDonald's from buying more land just so they can deploy another restaurant. They don't need to do anything different, but that doesn't mean they won't come up with some new idea to reel in more customers to consume their products. It's almost like the only thing that matters in business is making money.
