This Gym is about, well, bears!
>Gym Puzzle
The puzzle's whole gimmick requires having to climb trees in order to pick berries for some Teddiursa and Munchlax. However, it's made a bit easier by the trees being sort of like treehouses. What results is a tiny bit of a maze for the right berries the Pokemon want. The Gym Trainers use typical Normal mons depending on their location. Like, a couple may use bear-related Pokemon while some in the trees use bird Pokemon.
>The Gym Leader
Some dork who combines being a Pokemon Ranger with making more bear puns than you ever want to hear. Being a Gym Leader ain't an easy cross for him to bear, but he's a tough cookie. He takes his job seriously, too. There's no bear minimum for this guy!

Pic related. It's typical shit really, but with the added bonus of a really scary Teddiursa. If you can tank Facade, you'll be in the clear. It's pretty frail and Toxic Orb even wears it down a bit.
