I guess swap Inclement Intellect 6 with Power Reserves 4 or just more Speed and Special Attack Nodes since you'll probably be running with Special Attack Buffing Support, but still seems a bit underwhelming. Also, it only has a single Sync Nuke Node on the Grid beyond what is built into the Sync Attack, and the Power of that Sync Attack is weaker because it is a Mega Transformation one. Not seeing the hype. Don't forget that Muddy Water gets Damage Nerfed while hitting Multiple Targets. Oh, and Rain Dance MP Refresh TWO. If any of the new Sync Pairs are being overhyped, it is this one.
