>>50146609Infernape would be cool but i rather have no new characters if they make a better job at presenting the ferrum region, as someone that doesn’t like mobas i have to say unite really put care into letting you customize your trainer and making their game feel like a part of the pokemon world here is what i would do
>set in ferrum a few years later>your character is 3D just like in mainline and you can buy clothes and walk around areas>obviously there’s no routes just fast travel like in colosseum>after the events of the first game the characters of the first game opened dojos all over the region>You can join whatever dojo you want and you’ll be challenged by trainers from other dojos during the main story>this doesn’t mean you’ll always be locked to the pokemon from your starting dojo, just that after you beat another dojo they reward you with their dojo’s pokemon>you have rival characters from the dojos you didn’t pick and a friendly rival from the one you picked>once you’ve unlocked the entire roster now you can enter the pokken tournament>win the tournament become ferrum champ>unlock side quest that requires you to win battles without losing hp or finishing with a super to earn the right to fight shadow mewtwo>if you defeat shadow mewtwo you can capture it and it gets unlocked in the roster>also if you have saved data you get an item in scarlet and violet that let’s you turn mewtwo into shadow mewtwo
