>>34626623I decided to break from hunting Cobalion for a minute and try my hand at hunting Ho-oh in VC Gold when I encountered it THIRTY ONE RESETS IN. After paralyzing it with my Ampharos, I got it's health down using a combination of Thundershock & Headbutt, but completely forgot it knew fucking Recover. After a couple close calls (one time I got it down to a pixel), it KO'd my Ampharos and I switched in my Heracross. It recovered it's health way past 2/3rds and I thought to myself "Surely Heracross' Horn Attack wouldn't be enough to OHKO it."
Then pic related happened.
My heart sank.
