Uhh, has anyone else had
c.ai bots spit pure garbled text at them like picrel? I tried chatting with this bot and no matter what I did to it or said, it replied with walls of text just like that. I even retried several chats and had no luck.
I just assumed that it had been sabotaged by the creator or something and gave up. (Though, I thought that was extra strange since this bot was one of the examples in the
c.ai bot creation guide.)
But I decided to go back today to try and get it to do something other than spew gibberish, and its very first reply was completely normal.
But the absolutely strangest part to me is that in the chats I saved where I just tried one message and gave up, the bot's reply has changed from gibberish to a real response. I know, it sounds like a goddamn creepypasta, that was the last straw that made me want to bring this up.
Has anyone heard of
c.ai glitching out like this before? I've only been using chatbots for a few months now. I'll screenshot the whole conversation if this is something no one else has seen before.
