What is the "canon" choice in BW and BW2, considering Bianca, Cheren and Hugh's choices? I am planning on starting the Blaze hacks on them and I was going with Oshawott for Black (Serperior fits Cheren) and Snivy for Black2 (Hugh is hyperactive, so Emboar fits him), but I wanted to know your opinions.
I don't plan on using the starter for either of these runs, so take only the rivals into consideration.
