I live in a pretty standard upper-middle class suburb. Have for basically my entire life. Tons of geese. Decent amount of skunks, ducks, squirrel, rabbit, and toads. Some rare ones would be foxes, coyote, deer, and cardinals.
Two of my absolute favorite Pokemon are Lopunny and Diggersby. So I would absolutely nab a Bunnelby or Buneary, whichever was around. I'd love to have a Farfetch'd, especially since I used to fence as a kid. I could have even sparred with it. I've always had a soft spot for Stunky and Skuntank, so I'd likely nab one. I doubt I'd have the patience to hunt down any particularly rare ones. Maybe I'd also grab a bug or grass type from the nearby woods, if I had the means to care for all of the critters I'd have by then.
