The little one is Pigfly, which evolves into Swineflew. They're both fairy/flying types.
Pigfly is a combination of pig and butterfly, and obviously originates from the euphemism "when pigs fly". Swineflew originates from the same euphemism, along with swine flu, a strain of the flu that came from pigs.
I would imagine you would get Pigfly from an egg, and evolves into Swineflew when leveled up high friendship, akin to Togepi in gen 2.
