Pic related is a concept for the first stage of a grass pokemon based on metaphysical poets. Called Conseed (conceit + seed), it has a paper ring around it that stores words it has picked up all over the world. It can spin the ring at high speeds for a cutting attack.
The poetry theme needs to be a lot more subtle, but I'm not sure what aspects of metaphysical poetry to base it off (Question might be better suited for /lit/, but whatever). Any ideas on how to improve it, or what it could evolve into? Will probably base it off of a real-life plant and go from there.
