Dont wanna start a war but for those who say decidueye was not wanted nor popular enough. Heres a recent poll that was made by reddit previously with a pretty large number of responses. (Yeah its reddit again).
Decidueye was ranked 10th / 11th most wanted. The next pokemon that come close was gengar at 47. Sceptile at 51. Incineroar 96. Garchomp 103. Mimikyu 140+
