I actually never played BW/BW2 when they were released, I was highly critical of it and thought the 2d motion was lazy and that by the next gen they were gonna introduce 3d models (I was right). But my first real nuzlocke was BW2 in 2016 and I enjoyed myself and kind of regret not picking it up back in the day.
I was however, so disappointed in sun and moon (the shit cut scenes, the hand holding, the lack of options etc.) I just couldn't bring myself to grab sword and shield. so this is where my adventure ends.
