Grinding IQ is a bit of a pain but I vastly prefer how it gives pokemon unique qualities based on species.

I beat destiny tower earlier which was a pain in the ass. besides that I first tried zero isle south. No plans for purity forest or the other ones.

Probably depends on the species. Swellow will probably see a lot more than a Crustle or something
