Anybody know how to efficiently grind rumble blast for power? I've defeated dark rust, but I'm stuck in the endgame now on one of the tournaments. Is there a way to power up pokemon too? Because I'd like to be able to use my epic steelix in higher level content. Furthermore, is there a way to get more than one epic pokemon throughout the game if I release the first one, or do you just get one and that's it?
