Who was the guy making the PNW themed region and some of the fakemon in pic related? He used to post all the time about how he was making a hack but all he did was constantly fiddle with his dex and post near constant updates. Outta like 100 mon he had like half a dozen decent looking evolutionary families and the rest were bland originals and uninspired regional forms. From what he talked about game development he didn't seem to know all that much about it, and the game he invisioned was way more grandiose than anyone could of finished in their first go at making a fan game.
