basically just a cheetah with feathers instead of fur, brown paws and ankles with no feathers, bit more claws. the main looking bit should look like a feather head dress, and be a bit more color, nothing to stand out though. claws should be route one dog mon. pre evo is a baby cheetah that's ground normal. evo by getting a ohko on a pokemon the last turn it's out with in a battle where it levels up. if it does this with a sound based move it learns the flying signature move along with the ground one.
