>>29233494Yeah, I wish there were more Alolan forms. But I guess in a way each Alolan form constitutes the same work it would take to make a whole new Pokemon, so I understand why there aren't a lot of them.
But the main reason why there's so many Kanto Pokemon is simple: They wanted to make the game more cozy for all the newcomers coming in from Pokemon GO and also all the people returning to the series for the first time since gen 1/2. I know lots of people who are in one of those two boats.
