A lot of my favorites are from Gen V (Golurk, Bisharp, Audino, Simisage, Chandelure) but weirdly enough i do think it has a pretty weak selection, with perhaps the worst starters and definitely the worst batch of legendaries we've had. Sure, there was plenty of good mons, but that was because there was a lot more to choose from. In Gen VI though, even though i didn't have as many favorites, i was more pleased by the selection offered with only a few duds and Goodra being flat-out ofensive.
