I was thinking about a gym puzzle based on a bunch of Whirlipede closed in separate cages. You have to move around a Charjabug in a spot that makes the cages open (using Charjabug's electricity) and frees the Whirlipede.
The fucker will roll in a wheel with a dynamo that powers the switch to open the door to the next room, if you free the wrong Whirlipede it falls on you and you have to battle the Pokémon (you can catch it if you want) or it opens a door that hides a trainer.
The badge has two sides one looks like a Whirlipede in a wheel but there is a Vikavolt on the other side (it's like a coin). It actually zaps you when you touch it.
