>It wasn't as cool.I'm not going to sit up here and say that the new Pokemon didn't look like Pokemon because they did, if Skitty isn't a Pokemon neither is Aipom. If Zangoose isn't a Pokemon neither is Furret and so on. But there was just a clear shift in almost everything and I sincerely believe it stems from a design philosophy rooted in that word "Advanced".
It's like in a weird way they were trying to force Pokemon forward in time somehow. It was almost (Thing) IN SPACE tier.
