>>57803001He keeps slow start, but it gets reworked so now while it still halves his attack and speed it also increases both his defenses and recovers HP at the end of the turn. This will force the opponent to focus all of they're efforts on trying to kill him as fast as possible before the five turn limit is up. And should they fail they will now have to deal with a Regigigas that not ONLY has gotten it's act together but one who's had his defenses increased and HP kept from reaching zero.
