You know now that I think of it, isn't that kind of inappropriate for a starter? I mean the whole concept behind it, is that its supposed to be a siren/mermaid, and those are very well known for using its lovely voice to lure men and drown them.
Like, that description itself can be passable for maybe a ghost type (see: frillish), but for what looks like a fairy type? Not really.
