After Parasect’s fungal infection consumes it completely, it will begin a stunning metamorphosis. The fungus will become an egg of sorts and slowly all the energy it absorbed from Parasect will become this cheery little woodland sprite. They take very good care of their egg-shroom after hatching, some say it’s because they have some of the memories of the Parasect used to create them and they wish to pay homage to the fungus for their metamorphosis.
