My favorite ones include Ash giving May an Ice Cream cone immediately after Drew tries his schtick post Hoenn Grandfestival.
The Luvdisc Swim scene, with how impactful it is in terms of Pokedex lore (hell, Movie 9 in general was an Advance rollercoaster)
And May's Teddiursa Sculpture gift to Ash, where the latter displays it in his room alongside his Sinnoh Achivements.
It's the more subtle, but strong moments that give Advance more than just "in your face" moments.
