Pinsir gets Double Edge and Body Slam, would be nice with Aerilate maybe.
DE after Aerilate is 156 base power, twenty four points over Return's 132. Hyper cutter would help in doubles vs intimidate I guess. So not complete dead weight, just pretty outclassed, kinda.
Fearow doesn't get Drill Run until Gen5, and no sniper to abuse it anyways so it's out.
Since wild, no Pikachu with Surf right? That's out too.
What about the legendary birds? Zapdos in particular, I dunno how the other two did in a sr-less metagame though. Sounds kinda neat.
