Mom bought me a Choice Scarf just before the battle with Clair, which I slapped on Mei to allow her to outspeed and one-hit Gyarados. I switched in to Mio who took out both Dragonairs with Avalanche despite being para'd. My newly evolved Poliwrath (thanks Fisherman Tully) took on Kingdra and I used Thief to steal its Sitrus Berry, foolishly forgetting that Setsuna was already holding an item, and Setsuna was soon history after a crit Dragon Pulse. Mei fired off a few scarf'd Discharges and the Rising Badge was mine.
Here's the team to take on the Elite Four. It was going to feature a Gligar caught on route 45 but sadly its time was cut short by a Graveler's Selfdestruct.
