Routes 3, farm, and forest are not confirmed, but are in an undefined (need to re-find the survey) approval stage similar to the one routes 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, and the observatory are in, which is the approval stage as makred in this image and on the to do page under the mapping section.
Any maps made from now on will be following the process as listed on
http://capx.wikia.com/wiki/Mapping_Surveying_Guidelines , but we are not retroactively moving older maps into the new system, they will be moved along in the system as it existed when their voting started until they are confirmed.
Note that what I said above is just what was agreed upon last it was discussed/
