So I went up against the elite four I'm heartgold, I beat all the elite four only losing one pokemon to Karen and then I absolutely got rekted by Alder, I lost all the pokemon I had and lost the battle however I technically have two pokemon in the PC box (the red Gyarados and Ho oh) that I have not used in any battle yet, could I just use them since they have not been killed or have I already lost the nuzlocke because I lost a battle?
