Red Wormhole: Yveltal, Moltres, Zapdos, Articuno, Thundurus I don't remember well if Cresselia appear here.
Green Wormhole: Entei, Mewtwo, Terrakion
Blue Wormhole: Kyogre, Mesprit, Azelf, Uxie, Lugia, Latias
Yellow Wormhole: Regigigas, Regirock, Registeel, Regice, I don't remember well if Palkia appear here.
White Holes: All UltraBeasts, Guzzlord appeared to me at 3500 in a flower white wormhole.
Also flower wormholes always give legendaries UNLESS you enter at one wormhole where you have already taken all the legendaries of that color.
