There is shit in XY like the Safari Zone being a random patch of grass. No game up to that point had such lazy shit left in the game. Discordtroons really think they can push an anti gen5 narrative when gen5 had two different actual games for starters.
Gen6 is so obviously where the downfall starts to anyone with eyes that it's just hilarious. There were games that lacked endgame features like BW1 or DP but they always got followed up with another version with battle facilities and the like in the same generation.
