So if Game Freak's word is to be taken literally then even though these Pokémon are in the code, the fact that they're not in the regional dex means these species won't be transferable from Home. Either they worded the announcement poorly and you can transfer these Pokémon in too, or they really have gone full retard and are cutting people off from their old Pokémon solely so they can force people to get these Pokémon through their shitty events or what have you.
If it's the latter then the backlash is going to kick into maximum overdrive as soon as it comes to light.
