I level them up evenly, yes I grinded in lake Acuity via emulator speed up, yes I give love to all of my Pokemon equally, yes I play like a normal person, yes people play with an equally trained full team of six, yes that's the normal way to play. You're either 6 years old or in the minority, cry about it.
