Sometimes the way the smut is shown or how the entity in the smut is speaking there really isn't any way that someone could not say the word "Master" as a notation as to who they are referring to. "Anon" would be the best term for it, but it doesn't always work and sometimes feels a bit odd.
Its tricky when you don't have a specific named character to reference in said smut or text.
