What you do know about Zinnia besides her whole dragon people schtick is that she knows about Alternate Dimensions, is strongly against using portals as a garbage dump, and vaguely has a wish for something lost to be restored.
But when you play the game Zinnia will strike you as an illogical annoying asshole who risks everything on a guess and then fights you for no real reason.
But I think there is something there. But the character is designed for you to not really know her deal. She is inherently deceptive anyways and fucking crazy. Her catchphrase is "You lack imagination!", meaning she's either seen some shit, or is crazy, or both.
