Cresselia has enormous potential but requires huge investment and good support to pull it off. You need a truly ideal Cresselia, and you're using it for berry burst, not E4E.
These are end-game gains, but the gradual level and area bonus caps will increase and make Master 20 much more achievable with your standard teams that are easier to get levelled up.
Not that you shouldn't aim high, but there's only so much you can do at a time, with potentially more islands coming.
