What I said still stands, though. And Toxicroak EX isn't a very good card for a few different reasons.
The main problem is that Poison isn't a good source of damage, so unless you're doing something with it (like in pic related), you're going to be swinging below curve. The reason why cards like Hypnotoxic, Ariados, Gengar EX, Accelgor, and the old Lilligant are good is because they don't actually take up your attack OR because they also offer some other very good utility.
