trick is the only thing that actually makes the ability klutz fun at all and seems appropriate on a pokemon who is all about tricking people. fling can still be learned by tm.

input? approval? it's a small change but it allows the artifish line to have two new fun combos.

having access to trick makes the ability klutz actually have some use.
