>>22100986Yeah, the artist originally had it as a starter concept, but that was around the time we were going through a heap of starter concepts (because the people that came in during the day did their own concepts, then night would come on, do their own, and each side would throw a fit over the lack of communication and hate on each other's designs). Later the final stage got taken out and it was condescended into a two-stage grass/fairy line.
Could probably become a starter again, but I have my doubts it'll work out due to the history.
