Here's some more stuff with that drat television-ghost. People really seem to like the first in its line, so maybe it can just be the resident single-stage ghost.
It's evo has been harder to fix and I'm just sort of cycling through some ideas for the head and the torso right now. But I definitely agree that it shouldn't be as lanky, and I'm increasingly convinced that its cord should just be done away with entirely.

Plus, I like encountering Pokemon that don't exactly fit the archetype of the environment they're encountered in. There's probably tons of ground and rock Pokemon in the desert, so why not a ghost / electric for some variety?
But yeah, I see your point. If you have a unique non-ghost secondary typing, then at least they'd have something to distinguish themselves from any other ghosts in the area.
