the first one was the "Theater Limited VS Pack" which featured Latias and Latios from the 5th movie and the second one was the Master Kit which featured Lucario from the 8th movie. both of these kits were in fact released before any of these Pokemon made official appearances in game as far as I know (and I even checked, yes the Master Kit released before Red/Blue Rescue team which included Lucario as a statue you could collect for ranking up your guild).
