>>28204212If anything my hype is through the roof. Z-moves look fun, the region looks comfy and interesting, the new Pokemon (with a few exceptions) look great, and Alolan forms are a fantastic idea. I think the leaked starter evos look fine (Popmaid is kind of eh though), and I honestly don't get all the hate on Litten3. He looks hammy as fuck and I enjoy that. I was gonna use Rowlett anyway so maybe I'm biased.
Obviously shit can't be perfect, but right now I'm excited the Game Freak is actually experimenting and trying new stuff and I plan on buying this game and encouraging that kind of risk taking.
But feel free to nitpick and whine about 'muh gyms' or 'muh genwun'. You're all adults and I can't stop you.
