Start with a circle for a head, mark the center and the brow/eye line with another pair of lines.
Draw a big old triangle for the head feathers.
Same one for the neck.
Draw a line to define the back, pull it though to the leg if you want, help with action posing sometimes, but worry about that later.
Define a general shape for the torso and hips.
Circles at joints(shoulders/elbow/knees/etc.)
Lines for arms and legs.
Then build up from there by drawing a rough layer for the actual weavile. After that comes your line layer. Boom done, color it, if you want.
