On my very first successful Classic run, Kieran was the Champion that stood in my way on level 190. His appearance and dialogue intrigued me. And then, on the subsequent sucessful Classic runs, Kiki managed to be the Champion the vast majority of times. He grew on me. That, combined with the fact that the first legendary I caught from a random encounter in the game was Ogerpon, made me intrigued. And thus, I did a little more research, decided to head to /vp/... and well. The rest is recent history.
